refactor(static): 重写首页，统一设计语言提升视觉和谐感

- index.html: 品牌树 SVG 扩展为 4 层节点，新增径向渐变光晕底衬；
  About 面板新增同心圆装饰 SVG；CTA 树水印重绘为紧凑 7 节点版本
- css/index.css: 统一渐变方向为 135deg；光晕/点阵透明度更克制；
  卡片 hover 阴影更柔和；树动画幅度降低周期放慢；间距节奏统一
- js/index.js: IntersectionObserver 选择器适配新 section 命名
