docs: sync aibox round-5 audit and model_config.py across root docs

Root README updates aibox audit rounds to five (Batch E/F/G/H/I/K,
490 tests) and adds the interactive model_config.py profile manager;
aibox README gains the v3.6 changelog entry (J1~J16 + Batch K waves
1-5); MODULES.md refreshes the doc count and aibox row; ARCHITECTURE
re-verified and deviation list extended.
