refactor: 重写 launcher.py 启动器

- 从 1741 行精简到 666 行
- 修复重复的 run() 和 show_final_result() 方法
- 移除硬编码的旧引擎名 (mimo/glm/qwq/spark/maas)
- 引擎扫描自动适配 ollama + openai 结构
- 统一样式系统 (ANSI 色彩 + 图标)
- 保留全部功能: 环境检测/依赖扫描/引擎配置/插件管理
