移除 operit 相关插件: 删除 operit_bridge 和 plugins/operit/ 脚本

- 删除 plugins/operit/ 目录（47 个 Operit 脚本）
- 删除 plugins/operit_bridge.py
- 删除 tests/test_operit_bridge.py
- plugins_config.py: 移除 ENABLE_OPERIT_BRIDGE
- plugin_registry.json: 移除 operit_bridge 注册
- README.md: 更新插件计数和项目结构
- CHANGELOG.md: 移除 operit 相关条目
